Refund Policy
Effective September 9, 2026
1. Starter trial
Eligible first-time Starter subscriptions may include a one-time seven-day free trial when shown at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring Starter charge. The free trial is not available again after a prior FireBid subscription.
2. Subscription cancellation
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal. Unless Paddle or FireBid expressly states otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund a charge that has already completed. Access normally continues through the applicable trial or already-paid billing period and then becomes locked until the subscription is reactivated.
3. Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually. We will correct duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors and other cases where a refund is required by applicable law. For other requests, eligibility depends on the circumstances, account activity and the transaction involved. FireBid does not promise automatic prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.
4. How refunds are processed
FireBid subscriptions are billed through Paddle. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where supported. Bank, card-network, PayPal and local-payment-method processing times can vary after a refund is issued.
5. Requesting help
Submit a billing request through the FireBid support page and include enough information to identify the affected subscription or charge. Customers may also use Paddle's buyer-support channels for payment, receipt, cancellation and refund assistance.
