Terms of Service

1. The service

FireBid is procurement-intelligence software for specialty contractors. It helps discover public opportunities, organize source material, extract and verify requirements, estimate company-specific fit, track pursuits and deliver related alerts. FireBid is a decision support tool; it is not a government procurement portal, contracting authority, law firm, insurer, bonding provider, licensing authority or substitute for your own review of the official solicitation.

2. Your account and company profile

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for providing accurate, current company information. Match and qualification results depend in part on the services, territory, certifications, licenses, experience, capacity and other profile information you provide. You must not access another user's account or use FireBid to violate law, procurement rules, source-site terms or third-party rights.

3. Procurement information and evidence

FireBid obtains information from public procurement sources and source documents. Public notices can be amended, cancelled, delayed, replaced or published with incomplete metadata. FireBid is designed to preserve source provenance and to fail closed when evidence is not trustworthy, but you remain responsible for checking the authoritative procurement source before submitting a bid, committing resources or relying on a deadline, eligibility condition, scope item or contract term.

4. AI-assisted intelligence

Some FireBid features use automated or AI-assisted analysis. FireBid applies evidence and document-trust controls, but automated analysis can still contain omissions or uncertainty. A fit score, bid/no-bid signal, extracted requirement or summary is not a guarantee of eligibility, award, profitability, legal compliance or procurement outcome.

5. Plans, trials and recurring billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Starter may include a one-time seven-day free trial when that offer is shown at checkout; Growth and Pro do not include that trial unless FireBid expressly states otherwise. Returning customers are not entitled to repeat the Starter trial after a prior subscription. Paddle processes checkout and payment details as the merchant of record for supported FireBid transactions. FireBid does not store raw card numbers.

You can manage an eligible Paddle subscription through the secure billing portal made available from FireBid. Cancelling prevents future renewal; unless checkout or the portal states otherwise, access continues through the end of the applicable trial or already-paid billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Plan limits and fair use

Plans may differ by contractor profiles, seats, saved pursuits, monitoring frequency, exports, collaboration, integrations and other operating capacity. FireBid may enforce those limits server-side. FireBid does not intentionally provide less truthful source data to a lower-priced plan. Abuse, automated scraping of FireBid, credential sharing beyond plan limits or attempts to bypass access controls may result in restriction or suspension.

7. Availability and changes

FireBid depends on external procurement sources, hosting, databases, payment infrastructure and AI services. We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features and may temporarily limit a source when its upstream provider is unavailable, rate-limited or cannot be trusted. We will not knowingly turn uncertain source material into verified evidence merely to maintain apparent coverage.

8. Intellectual property

FireBid's software, interface, branding, ranking methods and original product content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Public procurement source material remains subject to the rights and terms applicable to that source. Your company profile and private account data remain yours, subject to the processing needed to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FireBid is provided on an “as available” basis and does not warrant that every public opportunity will be discovered or that every source will remain continuously available. FireBid is not liable for a procurement authority's amendment, cancellation, source-data error, user profile error or a bid decision made without reviewing the authoritative source. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FireBid at any time and may cancel recurring billing through the billing portal. FireBid may suspend access for material misuse, security risk, fraud, non-payment or legal necessity. Where reasonably possible, we will preserve your account and company context after an ordinary billing lapse so you can reactivate without rebuilding your workspace.

11. Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as FireBid changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Questions and support

For account, billing, data, enterprise or legal-support questions, submit a request through the FireBid support page. Authenticated requests are stored under your account so they are not exposed publicly.
